Gems in the Dunes volunteer task days are returning, starting Tuesday 9th January 10am-3pm.
The team of volunteers will be continuing clearing the area of invasive Sea Buckthorn from outside the Ainsdale Discovery Centre, PR8 2QB.
This area was once extremely popular for sand lizards, and by clearing the Buckthorn it should return to much more favourable habitat!
