Online Event - Zoom

Date: Thursday 8th October 2020

Time: 6pm - 7.15pm

Our Limestone's Living Legacies project team would like to invite you to an online event featuring the Rugged Oil Beetle.

Join them to learn how to identify and survey for this rare beetle - one of their target species.

Led by their partner organisation Buglife, the workshop this year will take place over Zoom and will comprise a presentation introducing you to oil beetles, their ecology and identification, as well as how to survey specifically for Rugged Oil Beetles.

Ordinarily they would also visit a nearby site to look for the beetles, however due to Covid-19 restrictions, they will look to do this in smaller groups following the workshop, for those of you local to Gloucestershire and who are keen to help them survey for this rare beetle.

This workshop is free but booking is required.

Please contact Jennifer Gilbert at jgilbert@butterfly-conservation.org or on 07483 039321 for more information or to book a place.
