Join our Dorset's Heathland Heart team to help collect seeds of rare and threatened heathland plants -

Join the Millennium Seed Bank at Kew, and Back from the Brink staff at this special workshop designed to collect rare and threatened heathland plants.

You will be helping us conserve these seeds for future conservation projects and learning all about the seed bank at Kew while you are working!

You will be working over two Back from the Brink sites; Corfe Common and Slepe Heath collecting a few different species' seeds.

Everyone is welcome, there is no requirement for special skills, as training will be provided on the day.

  • Please bring a packed lunch, drinks and sturdy shoes
  • Booking is essential
