Saving England's most threatened species from extinction

Shrill Carder Bee Talk

Location – Carymoor Environmental Center (Dimmer Lane, Castle Cary, BA7 7NR)

Date – 27th March 2018

Time – 6.30pm

Once widespread the Shrill carder bee is now limited to only a handful of sites throughout the UK and is as such England’s rarest bumblebee.

A Back from the Brink project, led by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and in partnership with Buglife, is working to learn more about and protect this humble bumble.

Join us for a fun evening talk to learn more about the Shrill Carders in Somerset, what the project is aiming to do, and how you can get involved.

Cost – Free. Teas and coffee available for a small donation.

Email – Spaces are limited so to ensure you don’t miss out please visit: https://www.bumblebeeconservation.org/event/shrill-carder-bee-talk/?instance_id=13
